Polaris Quality and Environmental Management Systems, is an Essex based management systems consultancy. We specialise in providing expert and economic assistance and support to businesses within the Thamesgate area and throughout south-east of England; in business improvement methods and Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Certification. The three main standards are Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management; these can be done separately or together in one fully integrated management system, (IMS). Our approach to disseminating management systems information and training is tailor-made to meet your needs, not as a 'bolt-on' - but as a subtle and seamless improvement to your organisation. Training in systems auditing and business performance measurement, customer surveys and other related business improvements is provided as necessary. We will assist you to fully understand and implement your Quality Management System in order to maximise your company’s effectiveness; improve your Environmental Management Performance; and, gain greater confidence in the management of your Occupational Health and Safety Management System. |
