About Us
Our services include full consultancy, training and support in the design and implementation of management systems and also ongoing support in the maintenance of existing systems. This support includes carrying out internal audits, assistance with management reviews, the setting and progression of objectives and improvement programmes, the review and non-conformance and the identification and progression of corrective and preventive actions.
We also offer a systems manager service where we will assist your company appointed management representative maintain and update all company systems documentation, policy and procedures to a high standard.
Polaris Quality and Environmental Management Systems also works closely with a select number of associates who specialise in related systems including FSC, PPFC, EFQM, BS EN16001:2009, ISO27001:2005.
The Three Main Standards
The three main standards supported are:
* ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management Systems
* ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management Systems
* OHSAS 18001: 2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Systems
These systems can be incorporated into one Integrated Management System, (IMS) or introduced individually if preferred.
