New ISO standard for ensuring resilience throughout the supply chain

With a number of natural and non- natural disasters this year, tsunami in Japan, floods in Australia, Earthquakes in New Zealand and recent riots in London, these crises can impact on a business at any time. The new standard ISO 28002:2011 has been developed to promote resilience at every stage in the supply chain.   ISO 28002 offers the organisation an invaluable tool to plan for survival!  This standard can be applied to any organisation including private, not-for-profit, non-governmental, and public sector.  It can be integrated within the management system.
